“Knowing God in Prison” is a clear and powerful presentation of the gospel written for those in jail or prison. With precise and compelling biblical language the book explains God’s great salvation through Jesus’ death on the cross. The splendor of the gospel is that “Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures” (1 Cor. 15:3-4). This book addresses God’s holiness, man’s sin, the reason for the cross, and why God’s love and grace are so wonderful. Personal stories from the author’s life help to encourage those who are seeking after God. The book is also an ideal resource for those who work in jail or prison ministry.
