Minoli Haththotuwa was born in Sri Lanka but lived much of her childhood and teenage years in West Africa. As a young adult she lived and studied in England, where she pursued a career as a professional banker.Minoli responded to the call of God upon her life in 1996, when she left secular work and entered Christian ministry and theological school. Minoli formally commenced serving the Lord in 1998, at Calvary Church in Sri Lanka, where she was appointed a pastor in 2000. Her ministry has cut across the spheres of teaching, preaching, worship, the development of Biblical educational material, evangelical outreach projects, and ministries for children and women. She is a worshipper, and has produced music and lyrics inspired by the Holy Spirit. Minoli, her husband Manju, and their son Peter are presently based in Arlington, Virginia, where they serve the Lord.
