Q: What inspired you to write this story?
A: My main reason for writing Supernatural Gift was simple. All of us have been through rough periods in our lives where everything seemed to be slipping through our fingers and we felt powerless to do anything about it. I wanted to demonstrate a picture of an everyday person going through his own tough times and how he navigates through them to inspire others.
Q: What does the main character Daniel Brock represent?
A: Daniel represents many of us who did all the “right things” in life, but still ended up with the short end of the stick. It is hard to be strong and hold on to your faith when your whole life seems to be one perilous situation after another. It would be enough to make most of us question the existence of a higher power and why would it allow such things to happen.
Q: What is the primary message you want to convey to your buyer with Supernatural Gift?
A: To not give up on the magic of trusting your faith and heart before is allowed to reveal itself to you. Good things do come to those who wait and are willing to accept those gifts into their lives. Those blessings may not always look the way you want or expect them to be, but they will show up and provide exactly what you need.
