About Matthew Robert Payne Matthew Robert Payne was saved in a Baptist church when he was eight years of age. He enjoyed the teaching and a rich relationship with Jesus. At twenty-seven he was water baptized and was also miraculously baptized in the Holy Spirit. He is the author of two other books, The Musings of a Mad Prophet and The Parables of Jesus Made Simple which are both available on Amazon. As a legalist most of his life, he was happy to be freed by the message of grace and the finished works of the cross in his later years.
