About the Author

DAVID D. IRELAND is the founding and senior pastor of Christ Church, a six-thousand-member multiracial congregation of more than forty nationalities in Rockaway and Montclair, New Jersey. He holds a doctorate from Regent University and has completed post-doctoral work at the University of Pennsylvania.
