I decided to make my first ebook around the subject of divine healing theology because out of all the things I could teach and impact peoples' lives about, this one can literally be life and death. 

As I talk about in the introduction, I had a lightbulb go off in 2004 when my mom said to me that she had tolerated her fibromyalgia for 15 years because she believed a lie that it was impolite to pray and ask God to remove a burden. Many people believe that they have a thorn in the flesh like the apostle Paul. In fact, people think this is some kind of virtue of Christianity and that we can only expect spiritual healing or emotional healing.

One of the lies in this book that we spend time on is that Paul's thorn in the flesh was not a sickness and was probably more closely related to persecution from a person or group. But yet the whole concept of a thorn in the flesh has erroneously been associated with physical affliction.

This book is not just written for Charismatics or Pentecostals, but people of any denomination, since faith healing is not a denominational issue, but a Bible doctrine.
