About the Author

F. Dean Hackett has served in full time Christian ministry since October 1971. He has ministered throughout the United States, Canada, Western Europe and Eastern Europe, serving as pastor, conference speaker, and evangelist. He has planted four new churches, assisted in the planting of more than 15 others and currently serves as Lead Pastor of Living Faith Church in Hermiston, Oregon. Dean has been married to Wanda for 42 years. They have three children serving in full time Christian ministry. Two daughters serve in Croatia and their son is on staff with them in Hermiston, Oregon. They have nine grandchildren. Dr. Dean is known for training many workers who are presently serving in full time ministry as pastors and missionaries around the world. He has completed a Masters in Ministry, a Masters of Theology and a Ph.D. in theological studies. He has served as a marriage and family counselor and an abuse counselor since 1983. His enthusiastic and challenging ministry has made him a popular teacher and conference speaker. He has written seven books and is presently writing number eight. Dr. Hackett founded Spirit Life Ministries International in 2001 to facilitate ministries in Croatia and Bosnia Herzegovina and to open a ministry training center in that region.
