About the Author

Originally schooled as an artist, Jay McCarl has been in ministry since 1973 and is the founding pastor of Calvary Chapel on the Georgetown Divide, where he serves full-time. He is also a seasoned law enforcement chaplain and traveling speaker, leading annual tours of Israel and presenting Biblical Dinners and Galilean Weddings worldwide. Jay has a master's degree in Chaplaincy Ministry and (when not at church or traveling) serves with the Placer County Law Enforcement Chaplaincy.
