is the expression of the heart of God. God always desires to deal with
us according to His lovingkindness and mercy. Jesus is our mercy
seat—the ever-living witness of God's love and the appeasement of our
judgment.
God invites the believer to come boldly to. the throne
of His grace and obtain mercy. Mercy is obtainable for the believer and
reaches beyond to the unbeliever.
God's mercy allowed us to live
in His love and experience His grace even before we knew Him or returned
His love. It was in operation even before we received salvation.
God's
mercy is bottomless, limitless, unending, and ever-present. It enables
us to go beyond our faith, and is His gift to us before our faith.
